A log package for less than $150.00 per sq. ft.

How? We decided we were going to offer one long home package that would be a real bargain. This home is custom designed from the ground up to be economical and efficient, and our mill direct pricing makes this a great buy.

To make it even more attractive, we have loaded it with lots of extras. You get kiln dried cedar logs, or 2x6 exterior walls with cedar 1/2 log siding, your choice. There is a 2x12 rafter roof system with R-40 insulation, log loft joist system with 2x6 tongue and grove flooring, and the interior is loaded with 1x6 cedar paneling! Also included are custom built cabinets, solid surface counter tops and top quality hardware and fixtures throughout the home!

The exterior has beautiful cedar decks and railing, top of the line windows, 30 year laminated shingles and one of the best log preservative on the market.
